INTEGRATION / GRAFANA
From a wall of Grafana alerts to one incident with an owner
A shared dependency degrades and half your alert rules go Firing at once. The alerts channel scrolls, several people start investigating the same thing, and nobody has called it an incident yet. Incident Lake takes Grafana's alert webhook, opens one incident, groups the related alerts under it, and starts the response in your Slack or Teams thread by confirming a commander and severity with a human.

What it does
- Opens incidents from Grafana alert webhooks
- Groups related alerts under a single incident
- Lets the agent look at your dashboards (read-only)
- Captures detection, mitigation and resolution times automatically
- Carries the timeline into the postmortem
What it does not do
- Edit dashboards or alert rules
- Set severity or resolve incidents on its own
- Page your on-call engineer
Setup at a glance

Fire a test alert
Confirm the incident opens and posts. We share detailed steps during onboarding.
FAQ
Does Incident Lake write anything back to Grafana?
No. The Grafana connection is read-only. The only two-way integration is task sync to Jira, Backlog or ServiceNow, and only when an admin turns it on.
We already page through an on-call tool. Does this replace it?
No, and it isn't meant to. Keep paging where it is. Incident Lake picks up from there: running the response, keeping the record, and feeding the postmortem.
Our telemetry can't leave our network. Is there an option?
The Self-Hosted edition runs in your environment with a self-hosted LLM. Talk to us about how Grafana fits into that setup.
