Three things to line up

1. Someone who can approve the Slack or Teams app

   Installing the agent needs a workspace or tenant admin. If that is not you, give them a heads-up now.

2. One incident to replay

   A recent outage or a drill scenario works. Your on-call and paging setup stays exactly as it is.

3. One alert source

   Datadog, Grafana or Sentry are the quickest to wire up for auto-created incidents.
