SIGQ Inc. (headquartered in Tsukuba, Ibaraki; CEO: Takaaki Kanetsuki; "SIGQ"), developer of "Incident Lake," an agentic AI for incident management, today announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Fujitsu Launchpad Limited (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Raleigh Morgan; "FLP"), the corporate venture studio of Fujitsu Limited.
Through this partnership, SIGQ will leverage FLP's global customer base and business expertise to accelerate the deployment and market expansion of Incident Lake in large-scale enterprise environments.
Background
The partnership strengthens SIGQ's efforts toward its goal of "making decision-making reproducible."
Downtime during a system outage is not merely a technical problem; it is one of the greatest business risks, capable of shaking trust in a company. Yet many managers spend their time jumping between multiple dashboards to understand the situation and piecing together fragmented reports from the front lines.
SIGQ offers Incident Lake, in which AI agents proactively aggregate and analyze logs and immediately present the fastest path to resolution. This lets managers spend less time confirming "what is happening" and focus on the essential decision of "how to respond."
By working with FLP, the venture studio of the Fujitsu Group, which supports a wide range of social infrastructure and large-scale systems, SIGQ will advance product validation and deployment in environments that demand the highest levels of reliability.
Partnership details
Under this Memorandum of Collaboration, SIGQ will receive the following strategic support from FLP to accelerate its business growth.
- Enterprise access: Validate product-market fit (PMF) through access to Fujitsu's extensive customer network and business units.
- Stronger go-to-market strategy: Work with FLP's specialist teams to optimize pricing strategy and adoption processes for large organizations.
Comment from Takaaki Kanetsuki, CEO, SIGQ Inc.

We are truly honored to collaborate with FLP, part of the Fujitsu Group, which has a broad track record spanning social infrastructure to cutting-edge technology. Through this partnership, we will combine the speed of a startup with the robustness enterprises require to solve incident management, a deep-rooted challenge for organizations of every size. Going beyond simply providing a tool, we will accelerate the rollout of products that strengthen the resilience of entire organizations and contribute to a safe and secure digital society.
Comment from Akinori Toyoshima, Head of Ventures, Fujitsu Launchpad Limited

At FLP, we are deeply interested in the theme of "risk transformation": how companies can manage risk efficiently and, in doing so, pave the way for broader digital and organizational transformation. Incident management, which SIGQ is tackling, is a critical area at the very core of that theme. Our role is to partner with startups that have the potential to shape the future of IT and accelerate the transformation of Fujitsu and its customers, and to strongly support the maturation and market expansion of their solutions. We are very much looking forward to exploring the next evolution of system operations together with SIGQ through this collaboration.
About SIGQ Inc.
SIGQ is a startup from Tsukuba that automates and advances system operations with AI agent technology. Its flagship product, Incident Lake, is more than a tool for improving frontline efficiency. It autonomously handles everything from data collection to root-cause identification when an incident occurs, and visualizes the information executives and stakeholders need in real time.
In this way, it addresses incident management as a business challenge facing the entire organization, not just frontline SRE teams. By eliminating information asymmetry, Incident Lake supports fast executive decision-making and drives the transformation toward a resilient organization that does not depend on specific individuals.
