Notice of Revisions to the SIGQ Incident Lake Terms of Service (Effective May 1, 2026)

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for using "Incident Lake" by SIGQ, Inc.

We are writing to inform you that we will be revising the Incident Lake Terms of Service, effective May 1, 2026. These updates are designed to ensure you can continue to use our services with even greater peace of mind.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Key Changes
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

1. Clarification of AI Training Policy (Article 3)
We have explicitly stated, as a contractually binding commitment, that Customer Data will not be used to train general-purpose AI models (including models shared across multiple customers or publicly available models).

2. Introduction of "ILC (Incident Lake Credit)" for AI Processing (Article 6)
We have defined a single metric, "ILC," to measure the processing volume of AI features. You will be able to monitor your consumption in near real-time via the management dashboard. Any changes to ILC conversion standards will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
Note: We will provide separate individual guidance regarding the impact on existing subscription plans.

3. Enhanced Rules for Data Ownership, Handling, and Deletion (Article 7)
We have clearly defined that ownership of Customer Data belongs to the Customer. This includes restrictions on usage (prohibiting provision to competitors or use for advertising), data export rights within 30 days of contract termination, and our obligation to fully delete data within 30 days of a deletion request.

4. Clarification of Confidentiality Survival Period (Article 11)
We have specified that confidentiality obligations remain in effect for 3 years after the termination of the contract (and indefinitely for information that constitutes a trade secret).

5. 90-Day Notice for Service Termination (Article 13)
In the event that we terminate the service, we have extended the notice period to 90 days (previously shorter) to provide customers with more transition time.

6. Expansion of Liability Cap (Article 16)
We have increased our maximum liability for damages to the total fees paid by the Customer during the 12 months immediately preceding the event (previously 3 months).
