Microsoft Teams Integration Support (GA)

Following Slack, key notification and integration features are now available in Microsoft Teams as well.

• Send task reminder notifications to Teams

• Post-mortem (review) sent to a Teams channel

Teams messages can now be used as a source of information for AI-generated features (such as summary generation)

Risk Map: Recording Potential Risks from Past Incidents

From the Risk Map screen, you can now identify unregistered potential risks based on past incidents. You can review the rationale for each risk by expanding the details, and then register the selected risks as a group.

Status Page: Automatic Updates for Ongoing Incidents

The summary and timeline of active incidents are now automatically updated approximately every 15 minutes.
