Added Task Reminder Feature (User Settings)
We've added task reminder notifications that can be customized in User Settings. You can now send notifications to Slack and Microsoft Teams for tasks with upcoming or past due dates.
Risk Map: Registering Potential Risks from Past Incidents
We have added a feature to the Risk Map screen that extracts unregistered potential risks from past incidents. The results are displayed in a modal window as a list, and you can review the rationale for each risk by expanding it, then select and register them as risks in bulk.
"False Positive" Added to Incident Status
In addition to the existing statuses (Ongoing / Resolved / Stalled / Cancelled), you can now select "False Positive."
Automatic Updates to Response Time
We have implemented automatic updates to the Response Time in incident details—which previously could only be entered manually—for ongoing incidents.

Status Page: Automatic Updates to Summaries and Timelines for Ongoing Incidents
Summaries and timelines for ongoing incidents are now automatically updated approximately every 15 minutes.
Status Page: Display Now Filtered to Show Only Active Incidents
We have removed the unnecessary system status display and now show only active incidents.
Changed Similarity Ratings to High / Medium / Low
We have changed the similarity ratings from the letter grades A, B, and C to High / Medium / Low to make them more intuitive and easier to understand.
Improvements to the Japanese UI
We have corrected the label on the incident details screen from “Importance” to “Severity.” We have also revised the Japanese terminology related to user-configurable notifications.
Enable the Slack Bot's Messages Tab
I enabled the Slack bot's Messages tab so that I can receive task reminders via Slack DMs.

Fixed an issue so that notifications are sent correctly when an incident is created in Production.
Fixed it so that it redirects to the details page after creating an incident
Fixed an issue so that the most recent entries appear at the top of the incident list
Fixed a bug in the "Similar Incidents" tab
